Discover one of the most beautiful streets in the world, the Carrera del Darro and el Paseo de los Tristes “the stroll of the sadness”, the most romantic place in the town. Both are located in the Albaycín neigbourhood, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The tour includes tickets to 4 representative monuments. “Corral del Carbón”, the only Nasrid grain market in Europe; the arabic bath “Baños del Nogal” which is in good condition; and two typical Arabic houses “Horno del Oro” and “Zafra” house.
This beautiful part of the town was known by the Moors as “Axares”, that means health neigborhood, the favourite part of the city of the Christians after the conquest and also the most modified. In Granada, the 16th Century represented a very transformative era that brought together a large number of transcendental events for its history. Granada became a symbol of new Christianity, a courtly city, where a great concentration of religious orders were represented.

How to get there: The Isabel la Católica square is one of the most central and accessible points of the city, you will have no problem finding it, but If you need a transfer we recommend taking a taxi. Please note that parking in the historic center is difficult and expensive
